Can PEC work on equipment from specific manufacturers or brands (e.g. PackMaq packaging machines)?
Yes. PEC is brand-agnostic: its millwright, electrical controls, and automation teams routinely install, retrofit, and service equipment from a wide range of OEMs—including Pack-Mac packaging machines as well as systems that run on Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Phoenix Contact controls. If it’s in your plant, PEC can support it.
Because PEC is an independent industrial maintenance contractor, we work on virtually any brand of process or packaging equipment. In the last year alone, we have:
- Installed a new Pack-Mac flow-wrapper and tied its Allen-Bradley CompactLogix controller into an existing Rockwell plant network.
- Rebuilt a pair of Krones fillers with ABB drives and new Siemens HMI panels.
- Relocated an entire Bosch bagging line—from rigging and structural steel fabrication to process piping installation—during a weekend shutdown.
Our cross-trained team of over 150 millwrights, electricians, PLC programmers, and fabricators can therefore support the mixed “zoo” of machines typically found on a production floor. If a part fails, we can machine replacements in-house or source OEM spares; if a control board is obsolete, we retrofit modern hardware and migrate the code.
The result is one turnkey solution that covers industrial equipment installation, production line integration, factory equipment maintenance, and emergency industrial equipment repair—all delivered safely and on schedule from our 70,000-sq-ft Georgia facility.
Whether you need routine service on a single Pack-Mac wrapper or a plant-wide automation upgrade, PEC has the expertise and the resources to keep every brand performing at peak efficiency.
